Pricing

While take all reasonable care to ensure our prices are correctly displayed on the website, accidents happen! We reserve the right not to sell an item that is incorrectly priced. In such circumstances we’ll inform you of our error and give you the opportunity to continue with the purchase at the correct price or cancel your order. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a pricing error, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

All sizes are approximate.

Consequential Loss

We obviously replace or refund you for damaged or late deliveries, however will not be held responsible for any 'consequential loss' incurred through late or damaged delivery or for the incorrect product being sent. 'Consequential Loss' refers to any indirect consequences of the late or damaged delivery, for example if you had booked and paid for a courier to take the 'print' or 'cards' onto a third party for someone's present!
