What if my order arrives damaged?
Please simply contact us ASAP. You will be asked to return the order and a replacement will be despatched. If it is not possible to replace the original order you will be asked to select an alternative or request a refund.
However if ordering via a website fills you with dread then don’t panic as there are plenty of real people at this end of the phone or email.

We will send you the occasional Email or letter if we genuinely believe that we have a picture, an offer or some news that may interest you.
