Shipping/Delivery/Returns
When will I receive my order?
Orders where possible are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received. UK orders should be delivered within 2/3 working days. Non-UK orders usually take between 7 to 14 days.
For orders outside of the UK, please contact us for shipping costs by email at Jacquiejonesart@mail.co.uk
Next day delivery is available at an additional cost as per the delivery options on our website.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please simply contact us ASAP. You will be asked to return the order and a replacement will be despatched. If it is not possible to replace the original order you will be asked to select an alternative or request a refund.
Returns Policy
Returns are not accepted unless the items received are damaged as all purchased prints are printed to order. Refunds are only available on damaged items.
Procedure:
- Inform us via email to Jacquiejonesart@mail.com If you intend to return your order and wait for authorisation email before posting.
- Ensure the goods are returned in the condition they arrived in
- Re-package the goods, where possible in the same packaging they were sent to you in.
- Make include your details, name and address so that we know from whom they have come from
